The Living Way Campus is a custom-built skills training campus.  It was designed to provide adult skills training for the surrounding communities.  It is situated adjacent to Masiphumelele and is within walking distance to Ocean View.  It has 14 buildings - including workshops, classrooms, an educare, offices and business hives for incubating small businesses.  It is perfectly suited for what Living Way is doing.   

The property belongs to the City of Cape Town and 2010 has seen Living Way in the process of public participation which will result in a binding decision regarding the long term lease. Please pray with us that the process would be smooth and result us being awarded the sole lease.

The story behind how Living Way was awarded tenure on this property is one of God's grace and provision!  The entire property is worth about R30m (US$3m) and we have moved on for the grand rent of R500 (US$50) per year.  After a few months of negotiating with the various role players, including the City of Cape Town, we were given the go-ahead to start our activities on the site.   Every step of the way was covered in prayer from all over the globe and we say: to God be the glory!  God has dramatically enlarged our territory and responsibility.  Praise God with us and pray for us as we take on this huge new challenge.  Our ability to reach people for the Lord as we seek to lift them out of poverty by giving them a skill has just dramatically increased.
